T Mobile Customer Service
Does anyone have an email address of someone higher up so i can get somem answers?
They're driving me nuts, the manager i spoke to tonight said i was rushing him through reviewing my case....I've only been with them a month and a half how much was there to review in 25mins???? He said he could call back so he had more time to review the case, no offence but i don't have all night...
Anyway i got nowhere with him, so i asked to speak to a manager tomorrow but apparently there is a shift change which means for all the morning until 1pm they don't think they can get hold of one...:eek:
So if anyones got an email addie i would be extremely grateful....

That was one of my problems last night, the first chap of ethnic origin told me that the account name i had given was not correct and could i please tell him the true name on the account. You won't get a reply from him, his emails are vetted anyway but it will get a response as many others have

Well at 9am i got a call from a nice lady based in the UK thank goodness and they're trying to sort the problem now and deal with the difficulties i faced....Fingers crossed it happens this time :j
