ETA Travel Insurance - Experiences?

Curious if anyone has experience of Travel Insurance from ETA?

I used to have a Post Office policy but they pulled 60 day cover on my annual policy so am shopping around for a reputable (not Axa) plan with decent prices and claim handling and 45day+ cover.
ETA seems to be a reputable organisation, got a 'plus' from Which and are underwitten by Lloyds. They seem to get good write-ups for their bicycle cover(?), but unable to find anything either on the forum or the general Web specifically for their travel policies.
