Which phone?

I've come to the end of my contract with o2. I have an Iphone 3g, 600 mins, 500 texts, unlimited internet. I have been offered a 4g with unlimited texts, 500 mins (i think) and 500mb at £42 a month and nothing to pay for the phone.

The thing is I like my phone but since IOS 4 it has been slow, I don't want to pay over £35 a month which I already pay but would prefer cheaper. I will keep my iphone for the ipod if I don't get another iphone.

Does anyone know any good deals on iphone 3gs or 4g or maybe I wait for the next one? Or any other phones like the iphone? All i need is 100 mins, 100 texts and internet but don't know how many mb.

The deal does not sound good, nothing to pay for the phone? £27 extra per month sounds like you are paying for the phone.
You may as well wait until the next one is launched before making up your mind, thankfully there are no other phones like the iphone

For 100 minutes requirement it's more like extra £32 rather than £27.
    Total cost is £42*24=£1008:eek:

    Sim-free phone costs £500

100 minutes + internet cost, say, £10 without a long contract.

    £500+24*£10=£740
