Sorry - I was going on the OP saying that they had already sent them a photo but just did not know how to show one on this forum.“That old law about 'an eye for an eye' leaves everybody blind. The time is always right to do the right thing.”0 -
The problem is that any image on a computer screen is subject to so many variables, that it should never be used as a colour matching tool. At best it is only ever going to give an indication of a colour.0

That does indeed look like its red and not brown.."If you no longer go for a gap, you are no longer a racing driver" - Ayrton Senna0 -
Well I will let you know the outcome. I see what you're saying Tony and do agree in principal, but think if the colour varies as much as I think this does then allowances should be made. It should be a fairly good guide or otherwise no one would shop over the internet or mail order would they?0

I would have to agree that this is an extreme variation as much to say , the one you were sent is mahogany and the picture shows what I would call walnut. i'd state that it isn't as described, it's possible that the manufacturer has applied the wrong colour finish, could you not ask them to find out if a mistake has been made and you have been sent the wrong finish.0

I think the drawers only come in one finish on the Debenhams website, but I guess it is possible that the manufacturers could supply it in another finish elsewhere, so I will ask the question.0

Hmmm, I wonder if that is why it could be classed as "Made to Order"?? (Although really, it's not made to order for you)“That old law about 'an eye for an eye' leaves everybody blind. The time is always right to do the right thing.”0 -
