I just bought a second TV, found an old Virgin box in the cupboard and plugged it in. Only got the most basic channels on it and then after a few days they suspended our service (apparently I've been very naughty, connecting a second box without paying them 6.50/month extra).
Anyway, I realised that above the Freeview channels we only watch Nick Jr, and for 29.50/month I could buy every programme on it on DVD in a couple of months and not have to put up with the adverts.
So duly cancelled.
