Judging by recent posts, they will refuse it. Not only that, but if you have had any vouchers capped to £20 at all, they seem to still count what you would have got towards the £100. i.e 4 vouchers that should have been £25 but were capped at £20 and that's your lot.

I can understand refusing the last one from a processing point of view but capping based on what you might have got but doesn't seem in the spirit of the promise.
I bet they don't take off the receipts that come back that Tesco were cheaper off the total. I bunged in a couple of older ones before I knew about the promise just to see and one came back nearly £2 cheaper at Tesco and the other 2p cheaper - considering I was actively searching for offers during these shops, that is a bit disappointing - certainly an eye-opener.

When do they count the DTD, receipt date or claim date?

    Hi
I'm a newbie to this thread, can't believe I've missed out on all the moneysaving! Have just printed off my first £20 voucher :j from a shop on Saturday.

Have had a quick look on the s/s and I don't think this is on there
    Tesco Finest Chantilly Cream 250ml T £1.21 A £1.00 DTD 42p

Its from a saturday shop and I had the email yesterday, not a massive saving but all helps :)
Thanks to everyone updating the s/s and for all the tips on here :T

I wish there was a better deal on loo rolls. One with a big 12/16 pack of a decent brand would be nice!
Is the tesco value 4 pack still giving generous DTD?

    NOT COMFIRMED: Clover 1kg T £3.70 A £3.00 DTD £1.40 makes it £2.30 tub.

Not a huge saving but I buy this anyway. Tried the Flora DTD which was OK but sometimes it's not worth the compromise on taste therefore not cost effective.

Has anyone tried Febreze? I've just noticed that the aerosols are rolled back to £2 at Asda and are £3 or £3.06 at Tesco.
I'm housetraining a new puppy so need a crate of this hehe.

If you can get the pink one it's gorgeous, my favourite:)

Bad day today. Had a bloody big row with a Supervisor and her manager who insisted that all numbers weren't correct. All were except for the 24hr and an extra 0.

Absolutely fuming. Asked her to call head office. She said she couldn't because they weren't open.

Now I know why I don't shop there and am happy to take them to the cleaners. Rant Over :mad:

Phone call to Tesco HQ tomorrow.

RESULT: Phoned HO. They rang store. Suggested a training issue - so hopefully this will help others - and an apology and a gift voucher on the way.

Pay cash, don't use Clubcard and use your 'mom' email addy ;)

I know, but that tends to cause cash flow problems - money is needed to recycle between halifax accounts to get the £5 per month for paying in £1000. ;)

Have enough email addresses to work several times over but just not the ready cash.

I've just checked Tesco & Asda websites regarding beef. Tesco charges £8.48 per Kg as does Asda for joints up to 2Kg. Asda charges £4 per Kg for joints over 2.1Kg. So if you want beef, as I do , you need to make sure it weighs more than 2.1 Kg.
