Regards, I know that for some its just as hard to put on weight as it is for others to lose it. Get some protein shakes, they may help.

One sad one left on the shelf, it had been reduced from £17 to £7 had to leave it there.
Also I'm struggling with the beef, the store seemed to have SEL for small medium and large but the packaging does not clarify, they were all £8.48 kg. Is there a right or wrong one to get? Some were Irish some were British.
