You would think two customers, identical items shopping on the same days would get exactly the same result - you get £6.72 DTD cashback, I get NA (and £5.18 for two :o) - how does that work?

They are using one computer system - how does it choose people to ignore? :(

My friend and I who live in different parts of the country, both got the same Thirstpockets kitchen roll and I got N/A whilst she got her DTD.

Crazy how it works, but you win some, you lose some I guess.

Someone said it is against the rules to return an item under DTD. It also mentioned about paying cash. What does that mean?

    Some more questions please :o:

    1. I buy for example 2x toothbrushes as long as they are not on an offer or is it better to buy them in seperate transactions?

    2. Can I do more than one shop in one day and submit the receipts on different days or will they recognise that they were both done on the same day?

    3. If my DTD total comes to £20.10, does this mean I would lose £0.10 as the voucher is capped at £20?

    Anyone?

A really big thank you to everyone for the posts. I now have six vouchers ranging from £5-£20. I'ver only just been able to print them off. It says one voucher per transaction can I do a put my things through in separate shops/transactions to maybe use two tonight or can I only use one per visit?

Did you buy the blue or the yellow bottle because people have said they were fine with the blue one.

Not sure if anyone else has mentioned this but Princes Pink Salmon is now scanning at £1.15 so no DTD

Probably because it's the "wild red salmon" that is £3.98. HTH.

I used THREE today one after the other in seperate transactions. It was also good as the till girl had never seen one so I thought 'might as well be cheeky'. She didn't bat an eyelid.
