Iamstressed wrote: »Well after last nights utter fiasco and nastiness in the Hardwick store Kings Lynn  (yes i will name and shame them!) i went shopping today at a Tesco 15 miles down the road, Oh my what a difference!:D:D:D
I went in and spoke to CS asked if it was ok to use my £50 voucher she took it from me and said she would check it and catch up with me. So after i had done my shopping she was waiting at the till area. She called me over opened a till and put my items through all very nice, friendly and chatty.:) I only go into Tesco maybe twice a week as I'm disabled i find it hard to walk around so i always have all my heavy stuff delivered but i will be going there again next week.:T:T:T
I am so glad you found a 'normal' Tesco shop and had a good experience. :jDTD - Doing Tesco Daily - while I still have vouchers!0 -

I was just looking on mysupermarket.com for some turkey and spotted this,

After 3 days waiting, I finally got an email saying that I had exceeded my £100 per month. I know for a fact that I have only had £58. Another excuse from Tesco not to pay out!!
Well you will know from my saga I had 5 from MOnday for Dad and a further 5 Wednesday - used seperate emails from ever before and seperate from each other - both came back today over limit - bull! Ive emailed re both but not holding out any hope - Ill just swallow it and make it up to them with bags done over next few days by me and one email addy - one receipt kind of thing - If I get any giftcard for either complaint that'd be a bonus - they really need to be clearer in T&C's if its email addy per household!0 -
