Well you will know from my saga I had 5 from MOnday for Dad and a further 5 Wednesday - used seperate emails from ever before and seperate from each other - both came back today over limit - bull! Ive emailed re both but not holding out any hope - Ill just swallow it and make it up to them with bags done over next few days by me and one email addy - one receipt kind of thing - If I get any giftcard for either complaint that'd be a bonus - they really need to be clearer in T&C's if its email addy per household!

Perhaps Tesco are using calendar month to mean the 5th of one to the 5th of the next etc. and maybe that's why they claim you're over the limit. I had assumed we'd all start afresh in April but maybe that's not the case...and I'd waited till this month to use my biggie so it's just as well I'm going on holiday this weekend. I suspect tesco's dtd will be over before I get home again. I'm leaving my vouchers for my DD to buy herself some food with, at least it'll be a new face if they're using cctv!

To the people receiving the "over the limit email" Are you counting the value of vouchers received as your DTD allowance?? Just bear in mind MrT will probably use the pre capped amount to calculate this. So 5X20 may not be accurate. A few pence over on any of the previous 4 could stop the last one being accepted.

I did think of this too but the terms and conditions state
    1. The number of Price Check requests is limited to 10 per calendar month per household and the total amount of Price Check Vouchers that can be claimed is limited to £100 per calendar month per household.
from which I understood that its the total claimed NOT the pre-capped amount?

Had my first experience using a pricecheck voucher today. I bought the dishwasher tablets a few days ago which gave me back a voucher for £16.98

Just been to do a little shop at my local Mr T, and the SA's behaviour was very strange. All chatty and nice, talking to my little girl etc, until I handed over the voucher and the conversation stopped flat, dead, as if I had done something awful! Her smile disappeared completely and as I continued to try and make small talk she just grunted at me!
She put the voucher through, didn't have to call a supervior or anything, so I guess I should be thankfull for that, but I just can't understand why the sales assistants are so put out by these vouchers?

You know..i have noticed the same response, they seem very sheepish and im beginning to find it unsettling.

So do you think if you were entitled to 25 pound they might count as that? why wouldnt they give 4 of the 5?
