I've been wondering this too, but have never seen an answer. I have two low value vouchers and a very local express store so I'll try one of them there tonight and report back later...

Been wondering what to spend my enormous 50p voucher on - didn't think it was worth traipsing to the extra store to use!!

Yes you can. I have used 2 vouchers in 2 express stores (with with petrol station, one without).

I've just had a look through winacars posts and found this....

"Unfortunately they had my receipts from both stores - I'm livid that because I was the only one using the scheme they have passed my details to the other close store to check me... and backdated to 30 days ago - which is obviously wrong"

I can't find their original confrontation post though and note they are talking to a solicitor so perhaps they have removed it for the time being.

I could find no mention of what store they had trouble in so maybe you did get mixed up, no problem though.

I'm just a bit intrigued by how far Tesco are willing to go to try to police their own c*ck ups! Some simple programming would have prevented all this but their IT department are completely inept! I mean for weeks, despite them having a cap of £100 per month, people were getting sent individual vouchers for over £100 !!! How stupid is that? Now they want to make the shoppers look like criminals to cover their own ineptidude? Think again Mr T

I know me too - it is very possible Ive mixed up the name and shame with this one and it isnt Scarborough but regardless like you say its very interesting the lengths they will go to - if you care that much pull the deal - but oh no that'd make you look stupid and the adds youre running have it plastered all over it! I couldnt believe the email I got from Asda yesterday saying - and I paraphrase- "When we offer a price guarantee we mean it" so they must be absolutely loving all this messing around Tesco are doing - lowering the cap - tracking people down on CCTV etc etc - spend more time looking at offering the cheapest prices and then you wont have to bother putting your energy into making customers feel like criminals !!

Just done my first three shops in a week due to going away for a long weekend then returning with the most painful toothache known to man. The toothache is still there, but reading this thread and not going out was making me more miserable! Anyway, tried a few new ones today, so will report back tomorrow:

    SHOP I:

    SUNNY DELIGHT £1.26
    BETTY CROCKER PANCAKE MIX £1.49
LEG OF LAMB £17.67 (£8.98/kg at Tesco, £5/kg at ASDA - will see if DTD is returned tomorrow)
MINI EGGS EASTER EGG £6 (not sure if I got the right one, but if this is a problem I'll go to CS tomorrow and get the two free I should have picked up)
    FRAY BENTOS PIE £2.09

    SHOP II:

    FINISH LEMON DISHWASHER TABLETS £12.98
FINEST RACK OF LAMB £7.43 (never bought this before, but shelf was rammed full of them so thought I'd give it a whirl)

    SHOP III:

MORE RACKS OF LAMB (enough to make another £20 voucher)

Sending you lots of sympathy with the tooth, Went to the dentist yesterday and have an abscess:(, on antibiotics till it goes down, thank god for the ibruprofen being on DTD, I put it down to all the b****y magnums I've been eating:rotfl:But it hasnt put me off my little trips to Mr T's:)
    Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:
