    D. Ring HO, complain and request that a telephone call of apology from the offending women is forthcoming your way by the end of the day with an assurance that you will not be harrassed. Jeez, some of these staff are terrible!

Well. I dont want to rock the boat Im not scared of her i kinda relishing beating her down in public like that. Im not well spoken but am strong willed and can argue.

Her reason for accusing me was blasted out of the water straight away. She didnt look remoseful at the end though but i think she knew she had put her foot in it when she changed tact and started apologising.

Hi all, got my voucher in too.

Just got back from my local tesco only to be accosted on leaving the store by two of the checkout managers maybe even assistant store manager cant be sure.

They basically walked out into the car part shouting at me and so i talked to them and they do the following:

    1. Ask me to see my receipt
    2. I ask them why
    3. She accuses me of coming in buying something with a DTD voucher then getting a refund on it BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD. Which is totally false. I did get a refunsd once but got a tesco gift card.. which after informing her of this she admitted was ok.
3.5. After accusing me of doing it she threatened to ban me from the store for refunding to credit card because HER sas werent trained correctly.
    4. So after realising she was in the !!!!, i said she had offended me and embarrassed me by demanding my receipt in public and talking to me in the car park.
    5. Eventually she apologies and says i am fine doing price check and double the difference etc and sorry if she offended me.

I dunno what i should do as i feel a bit miffed she accosted me outside the store. Also about being threatened to be banned is highly annoying as i didnt even do what she accused me.

What do you think i should do ?

    A. Ring Head Office and complain
    B. Go back in an hour or so and ask her if im still ok to do DTD and not be harassed?

    Or C both?

I know it's tempting to go mad but from experience i would do nothing, they say its fine u doin dtd, u stuck up for yaself, obviously they know they were wrong and will leave u alone. However, if u complain they may start to intimidate u and harass u to death like they did me; note the times down and what happened, names etc and if they give u anymore grief its just ammo to throw at them xx
    SIMPLES!

Cheers. I will do a search for them and have a look. I'm just a little intrigued about the cooperation between stores thats all, specially as oscar123 said the next nearest tesco was bout 30 miles away! Will update with what I dig up :)

For people who bought the Isle of Jura yesterday, my voucher has just come back with DTD at the £18 Asda price (not the new increased Asda price thankfully), so a full £20 voucher :)
