I've had this happen to me once. Think I put one of the digits in wrong. I went to the price check page again and inputted the details and the day after that the receipt details came through as normal. Is it possible you are reading or inputting the digits incorrectly?
Thanks but ive tried it 4 times!

I so want to give this a go, but problem I will have is that I don't actually 'need' many of the items on the list that are giving back DTD, I am sure I would spend much more than £20 over my normal weekly shop to buy the stuff than the £20 I would get back on the DTD. I can see it being a bit addictive though, but knowing me I would end up sitting in a house full of Easter Eggs, Whiskey and Disney Toothbrushes and be asking for an overdraft to live for the rest of the month :rotfl:0

HELP PLEASE!!
Hello all
I got a email iro my shop on Fri.
It says that the recipet can not be found and to try and input again. When i do this it says the same recipet cant be found, basically good luck next time!
What should i do?
I have had this happen 4 times, all at the same store ( a big extra store). Basically I just don't do my DTD shop there anymore! I did complain to C/S and sent scans of my receipts with a breakdown of what I thought I was owed (pre cap and added up to about £100!) but there was nothing they could do. Eventually they agreed to send me a moneycard for £20 for my inconvenience! Might be worth trying that. HTH0 -

The system / their offer is that your regular shopping would be cheaper than Mr A. What we are doing is purposefully buying the most expensive items and ignoring the good offers and cheaper items.
Not wanting to start an argument and I am doing this along with everyone else, but I think it's fair to say that this isn't really "in the spirit of the promotion"
I think you could pinpoint some people as abusing the system, but in respect, if Asda have a special on bottles of Pepsi say at 50p per bottle compared to £2 normally and you buy 6 bottles, although normally you would only buy 1 in a normal shop. Is that you abusing the offer?
Tesco have a system in place where they will give you a voucher for DTD if your shop in their store is not cheaper than Asda. It doesn't mention that you need to do a normal shop, or that you can't buy 6 x tins of salmon (for example) to take advantage of the offer?
When people use multiple vouchers in one day for example, then this can be viewed as abusing it and not really adhering to the Spirit of the Promotion.0 -

Each have their own opinion on how they want to shop. Even b4 dtd was out - I never do my full complete groceries in one shop. I go to Morrison to get their BOGOF items only & nothing else! I go to Asda ( only after I compare prices from other superstores like Sains & Tesco) and I only buy the specific items that are on offers - so whether or not its "Abusing the system" even before dtd I don't care!!! I still want my good life style, good food and not paying over the top.
DTD is only icing on the top! Mr. T is never the cheapest shop. I only step into T stores because they accept competitor coupons ie : I still pay less even b4 dtd came into promotion. They accept my competitor coupons I'll still shop there.RIP my dear dear parent : Mum aged 62 (17/5/1990) & Dad aged 89 (23/1/2012)0
