Right, just back from 4 shops (yes 4!!)...
Bought the huge 56 pack of finish all in 1 tablets. Will report back tomorrow (or whenever voucher comes through) - I know this will be a big one if it works.. especially as they pay you around £4 to get them!
Got another quantumatic (£10.50 thing), they work well!
Stocked up on more lamb racks and red salmon as they boost up the smaller vouchers :P
All SAs were very nice, they just scan the voucher and then ask for some silly small amount like 6p while other shopers look on thinking how on earth did they get all that for 6p!! lol0 -

I've put LOADS through the self scanners.. they just have to go through "assist mode" and input it via voucher/coupons. I've just used a £20 one.
Though, I try and use proper checkouts where possible as its easier for SAs. But when I have to do 4 shops I need to use the whole length of the checkouts of the store lol (incl self scanners!)0 -
I'm way behind on this thread but just back from spending my biggie at Tesco with no problems at all.
I noticed they were still putting new offers on display, one is two litres of spirits for £26 so watch out if you're trying to do dtd on whisky or gin or vodka.
Magnums are now £2.29 in Tesco, still £1 in ASDA...the white and the almond ones but Tesco have offers on some of their Magnums so check before you shop.0 -

I used my quantimatic thing for the first time today and it is very good, but not good enough to spend £10.15 on, but if Mr T is giving me back 15p to take it away that's fine:rotfl:Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:0 -
Those o you who have bought Kindles, etc, with the vouchers - do you just save your vouchers until you have enough? So not using them on your next shop?Sealed Pot Challenge #817 £50 banked0

Not a biggy but as i have a glut of pasta and tuna i found this:
Tesco Sun Dried Tomatoes 280G £1.19
ASDA Sun Dried Tomatoes 280G £1.00
Will purchase later today, and confirm either way tomorrow providing they have stock.
This worked for me, but it was back when I first started on the 15th March.0 -
HELP!?
I posted a query last night - did this work for online orders as well (everywhere seems to say 'go to store and buy') no-one replied and i got impatient and ordered.
I've just had stella£6.99/£4.67, 3xguinness£5.29/£3 & 2xchicao pizza £1/£1.89 & 2x coke £1.50each/asda 24£1.50 All delivered (thanks to the spreadsheet!) and i've checked the price on my receipt with the price on the asda website and there is still a difference as above so i should be due a refund of stella £4.67 & guinness £13.74 & pizza £3.56 & coke £3 = £24.97.
But the max they will refund me is £20?
Question - is my logic right about that!? If it's that easy i'm wondering why everyone isn't shopping online to save going to Tesco. (at £3 delivery charge it's cheaper than my going to the store).
Surely it can't be this easy?Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it.
Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.0 -
