I had a supervisor with a bit of an attitude this morning.

She was called over to process my voucher

said " we know what you are up to , and we think you are abusing the offer"

I looked at her , and said "excuse me?"

she said "You are buying only things that are priced cheaper in Asda , then using your coupon to buy similar purchases "

I found this somewhat rude and said,

"Tesco have stated and advertised that you are cheaper than Asda , yet on my last 3 shops I have been overcharged for my items on all 3 shops , I am actually really annoyed at the way I have been over charged , and , in my opinion , instead of being confrontational a more contrite attitude with extra attention to customer service in an attempt to placate me would be your fastest way to avoid this involving customer services, please process my voucher."

    which she did.

    Bloody jobsworth

Cracking - well done you!!. Bet the look on her face was priceless 1.gif

Time ticks by so slowly when you're waiting to get out of work and into Tesco, I find :rotfl: I'm meeting a friend for a quick drink after work too, so the delay will be even longer!
