Virgin Samsung V+BoxHD Error Ld:10

Box has Ld:10 error and tv says service is loading but it isn't really.

Rang VM and all they said was we'll send an Engineer out Thursday pm.

Tried reboot several times but no joy. Is there anything else I can try?

I did load it with the up/down arrows and got in to the 21 pages of installations but thought best not to tamper.
