I have a flat which I own but am trying to sell...should've completed on 31st March but buyers backed out. I also have a house which I live in so no one has lived in the flat for a few months, and it's back on the market again.
Do I have to fill in the census questionnaire for the flat aswell seeing as how no one lives there and has not done for a few months? I tried to look on website FAQs but only mentions moving and not if the flat is unoccupied.
