iPhone Sim Only Contract

Ive got a O2 Simplicity contact coming to an end, it's the £20, 600 mins, unlimited text and internet (before they started capping it). Got £100 cash back so its cost me just over £11 a month.

Do I have to buy a iPhone specific sim only contract, or can I just get any sim only contract? I only use 300 mins, 100 text (use whatsapp most of the time), 650mb data a month. Not bothered about visual voicemail, my voicemail hasn't worked properly since I got the O2 sim.

Personally i think TMobile offer the best deal as they don't charge if you go over your data allowance.

I didn't know that. I have just been reading about Giffgaff and it looks pretty good to me for £10 250mins unlimited text and data goody bag.

You might want to read up on GiffGaff first - There are lots of mixed reviews about them, Some swear by them and others say that the signal is very poor and cuts out during calls etc,

Will do, my O2 reception is ok round here so I would hope that Giffgaff's would be similar, but I will look into it.

We have changed our children over to GiffGaff last week. My youngest has an iphone and everything seems to be working OK. My eldest has a HTC and finds that he cannot connect to the internet in the mornings for some reason.

Not Similar, identical. GG resell O2 airtime, so it is O2's network you'll be using.
