Just had a comment on Facebook to say their IT guys have been working on it and it should be okay now. I reckon they've had a 'Flush through' and cleared a blockage

My name was on the winners list the other day and didn't receive any confirmation

I've emailed Santander customer services to ask and this is the following email they returned

Thanks for your email regarding our Facebook Campaign.

This was a campaign that ran last Autumn in 2010 and has since been discontinued. If you have received anything recently regarding this campaign, please use caution. Santander we never contact you via email asking you click on any links or enter any personal data.

If you believe you have disclosed any information, please contact us on 0845 9724 724 - we're available Monday to Saturday 7am to 11pm and Sunday 9am to 9pm.

Also thought the competition was a bit strange as I googled it and nothing was coming up, just last years.

Hi the comp clearly IS up and running on their Facebook page here:

It also says:
"Get your entry in now! The draws start on 22nd August 2011 and runs for 30 days.."
Someone asked on their wall when they would be contacted for their details and were told that all winners will be after the final draw.
I really don't think it is a scam, more that you have been mis-informed by a member of their staff.

Have you contacted Santander via their wall on the above link?

I did contact them last week with no response, did wonder if I was been mis-informed but better to be safe than sorry

Perhaps someone else could email Santander directly to confirm

How do I post an answer to a competition question on Twitter?

I have just been having a look at this comp - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3470167

So for example I wanted to say "A photo of my children" how would I set it out?

Like this:

@DK_Travel In my suitcase i have a photo of my children #TDKwin

you can write what ever you like as long as you start it @DK_Travel and have #TDK in the tweet somewhere

Hoping you can help. I want to raise a complaint about a competition. I have expressed my concerns to the promoter American Express but feel that I am unhappy with the response and want to take it further.

Is there a body to raise it with?
