Quick question. Been comping for a few days now and i use the email address [EMAIL="Ryan.CompEn@TheWebsiteIUse.com"]Ryan.CompEn@TheWebsiteIUse.com[/EMAIL]. Will that make a difference at all? I would like to stick with that email address as i must of entered 300+ comps but if its recommended to change i will. It is so addicting and i have not even won anything yet ROFL.

Your input would be much appreciated.

Can't really answer your question but if I recall there are a few people who have had quite a few wins with an email addy similar.

Mine doesn't have anything about comping in my name as it was a spare email that I made before I starting comping.

Hope you're enjoying it. It certainly is addictive. I'm bedbound alot so it's my little hobby that keeps me occupied whilst I'm ill in bed.

Hi, just a few quick questions I'm hoping someone will be able to help with:

a) how do see how many competitions I have entered on here? I thank and click on Enter on all the competitions I've entered.
b) how do I see when I first started entering competitions on here - its roughly about 2 weeks ago!
c) how do you find out whether you've won? Do you have a do a google search?

a) I don't think you can actually see how many you've entered on the site itself.:o I may be wrong though and someone will correct me if I am.:o I know that a few compers keep a note of how many they enter in a spreadsheet/word document/notepad though.
b) Again, I don't think there is a way, not unless you remember the first comp you entered, search for it and see what date you "thanked" it maybe.
c) People are notified in all sorts of ways. Some companies email you, some phone you, some of the magazines like Take a Break write to you to inform you of wins and some wins just randomly turn up, without you even knowing you've won! I love surprise wins. Hehe. Sometimes with blogs/Facebook the only way you'll know if you've won is to look at status/blog updates, which can be really annoying when you need to "confirm" a win and you have no idea that there's a status update out there asking you to email them! Alot of us do google our name periodically just to make sure we haven't won something and not known.

It is alot of fun. My second ever win was two boxes of Cadbury Creme Eggs. Food always tastes better when you win it.:rotfl:

If you click on your name (on any post you've made), a drop down list will come down then you can select "see all thanked posts by XXXXX" which will show you all the posts you've thanked. Not sure if this is limited to 300 posts like normal search results though? xx
