Just on a side note while i'm lingering in the inn have errm a wee tipple .... well I was leaving but hey ho!!! Can I just say to MissLinda, Immortal and all others that left if you are reading this. Please reconsider and come back - I'm sure I speak for many here that we all miss you. You all did so much for the forum and you know - there is a big gap where you used to post. I am so thankful for all the other peeps who are posting on your behalf but you woz part of the furniture!!! Things seem a lot happier of late on here after all the troubles and for you to return would be the icing on the cake. Just pop in when you can xxxxx Alf

Hi Alfie - wish I could send the rain to you as we have had plenty now! It has gone off for the moment but heavy showers forecast for tomorrow.

Still getting used to the news of the SNPs amazing win - no-one forecast that no matter what they say. We will have to come to England to buy our booze once they get their way and put the prices away up! Anyway, back to the comps as I have been out most of today.

Sheils, it's not rained here yet but been forecasted for it! It's really humid though!

Korky, tara has stopped emailing me but I now get dhl all the time with my 'parcels' apparently!

My pc went off last night about 10.30 and I couldnt get it back on again! Thankfully it's back on today, dont know what I'd have done!
DS had a wem to say he won some match attax & mag subscription so he is well chuffed! I also emailed sun about prize and they got back to me within an hour so tv is getting delivered next week :j They did appologise & said that doesnt normally happen

Hi wingo! Just having another tho really must go and serve up yon dinner!!! Very humid here - hoping sheils will send some rain - could really do with it - grass (weeds!!) very brown looking now. Know what you mean about technology - my lappy is always on the brink of expiring! I press things and then i wish i hadn't - however it seems to recover - sort of :rotfl:.

Congrats on your wins :j I have started comping again, time permitting, cos I was fed up with just getting bills in the post - missed the excitement of postie bringing something a tad more interesting!!!

Ok must go now cos everyone's starving! Lol! They will be most thankful for the burnt offering that is just about to be dished up :Dxx
