I've been waiting for dhl to deliver some suitcases I ordered nearly 2wks ago! I tracked them & apparently they tried to deliver but OH been in all time except for school run. They didn't leave a 'sorry you were out' card either.

Argh don't get me started on DHL!!!

They look really good strong ones Toni...they're from sportsdirect, Dunlop ones - £21.99 for 32" with lock too. (if they ever arrive!)

You having probs with dhl too Becki? I remember someone mention previously that they hadn't sent their parcel out!

    Afternoon all, :)

I have had so many problems with them wingobins. It's like they think they are actually doing you a favor by delivering your parcel. The people that run their complaints department are generally lovely though and it made me feel really mean when i complained :p

It's a lovely sunny day here today once again. Shame i'm stuck inside at my desk! At least i have lots of windows to look out of.

Anyone here use istockphoto? I got my application rejected from them this morning. Hmph :( I'll just have to try again i guess.
I also booked a meeting with a mortgage adviser - scary stuff!!!

Just to let you all know. I have spent the day sorting out the reg board and everything that needs to be moved has now been moved. I have also created a new once only sticky thread on there https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3160362

These are comps that are normally newsletter sign ups so you never have to look at again. Hope you like it and find it useful

Hi all, Didn't get the job, boo :(

thanks for all the well wishes, was devastated when got the call but onto the next application tomorrow, nothing a big box of ferrero rocher won't help sort out, and they are! after having a bit of a cry, well for most of the day made myself laugh by saying "didn't want the stupid job Anyway!" i did, but nothing like a bit of well placed petulance at age 41 to make me laugh at myself.

Hope topsy feeling better too, very cute, 2nd picture of him looked how i felt earlier but i don't have to wear a big neckcollar

    Hi everyone :)

Sorry to hear you didnt get the job spiderkebab :( Maybe that wasn't the perfect job for you after all, I'm sure the right job will come eventually xx

Red, I also got that email! I'm getting so much spam through my emails lately, I have even changed my password.

Becki, I got a reply from dhl asking for parcel number, even though I've given it! Hopefully they might decide to send it out by weekend!

Had a bit of an eventful day. We had a school trip today, and guess who got left behind off the bus! :o Luckily, I managed to sit on the floor of special needs bus that hadn't gone yet! I had no money or phone with me!

Hope everyone is well and winning loads. Managed to check my emails and have won tickets to see a whisky distillery so DH keen to visit!
Went to see "Hop" yesterday (for the kids sake obviously!). It was great - we all loved it.

Had a good laugh at you being left behind wingo! (Sorry)

Sun shining away here so hoping for a last morning on Porthcawl beach before heading for N.Wales/Chester tomorrow.
    Have a great day.

    Hiya compers.

Can i but in. I'm having a bad day, and am fed up. health issues plus a medical related phobia.... I've cried for nearly 2 hours today. My son just had his first real exposure to my phobia, poor lad, looked mortified as i was cracking up crying in doctors.
