I usually book a package holiday with Direct Holidays (Part of Thomas Cook) as they are usually the cheapest. This time I have booked with Thomsons as they gave me a good discount and a free child. The flights are lovely times too - some can be horrendous! If you aren't used to foreign hols I would book a package deal.

I agree package hols are supposed to be lower risk.

Wow sheils! You're all prepared! :T I wish OH would tell me to book a hol for next year....instead he moans about going on hol! I would love to go to Alcudia with the kids.
I also got an anchor butter dish :j Got a wem for vosene shampoo and tickets for national trust too :T Oh..and I won another fruit shoot skills kit for the kids so they all have one each now

2 of my kids were back today and eldest starts tomorrow at seniors. Managed to get loads of cleaning up done today. Its amazing how mucky it gets over the 6 weeks no matter how hard you try keeping on top of it!

Well done wingo you had a good day! I have been trying to chase up a skills kit from PMU that I won a month ago. I seem to have to chase up quite a few prizes from them. They seem to arrive right away or have to be chased up. Got another WEM from Anchor - thought they had forgotton me!
DH loves his holidays and wants to get a bargain so he likes us to book early. We had lots of years when he had bother getting school holidays so it is great to be able to book early now.

I am gearing up for a full week this week. Meeting at work about moving to a new place after 10 years of being where I am. Exciting but nerve racking! Eldest DD starts school this week and little on pre school. Plus I have a full week of meetings. Not much time for comping so please send spare lucky dust my way!

What a lovely rainy day we are having today. It best brighten up for the weekend because finally my long weekend away is here!!!!!! The week before you go on holiday always goes so slow though, don't you think? And then the holiday is over in a flash!

I LOVE holidays. It annoys my OH We are starting the process of buying our first house at the mo, so me looking up holidays to Florida and Australia last night didn't please him! Something tells me, the way moving fees stack up, we wont be going away for a while now - unless of course i get a fabulous win! *crosses fingers*

I would give you some of my lucky dust Sphynx, but i think it's broken!
