Good morning everyone! Not so good weather wise here at the mo - dry but fairly dullish - think we may be in for a wee bit of rain - dont think i will be doing the gardening today! Amilucky? - you make the perfect dj!! - im sorry i missed it - have been catching up early this morn and you eggcelled yourself!!!. Last nite thought i would carry on decorating but it went into the wee small hours (tried to do it quietly cos rest of household was sending up the zzzzz's (lol) just to try and get the room ready before carpet arrives) but ......... I may have been a bit too adventurous - ended up falling asleep on the - now don't really want to venture into the room at the mo for fear of how the wallpaper looks in the harsh light of this morning!! Skew whiff or what!!! :eek: :rotfl::rotfl:Ho hum

Well it looks like there was a right old knees up in here last night!

Better clean up for tonight's entertainment...

Who's on the bill tonight?

Cloudy old day here and a bit chilly, so just as well I'm at work I suppose!

I'm counting down to all the bank holidays though! :j

Good morning lily!! Chilly here too and i am just trying to rectify the wallpapering job i did in the wee small hours :eek: Flipping heck, im sure i can errrrm do something with it!!! :rotfl::rotfl:

How about a fancy dress evening!!! Just a thought. Could be fun!
Havent thought of a theme yet, any ideas welcome!!!!! xx

Well I told kids we'd go out somewhere today but DS is still in bed which is a shock as he's normally up before 7am! So I may as well do some comps & sit by the window waiting for postie!

Lily - god how i would love DIY SOS to come and sort out this house It's not looking too bad considering the time i was doing the wallpapering :eek: Not bad at diy if its fairly easy girlie stuff but beyond drilling, putting up shelves - that sort of thing (which is a hit and miss lol) I draw the line. The paper is yon vinyl simple pattern stuff, easy to put up, (lol) now just got to carry on round the walls to finish it, then have nice pretty light coloured cream paint to go over it. The paint will cover all mishaps - I hope!!!! Got a cream carpet coming to be fitted next week and will introduce bold colours into the room which i hope will look ok?:o Did have a wee accident diy related earlier on in the week. Always do - however fine now!!

Wingobins: lol love the pirate theme!!! Not sure you would want me wallpapering in your house! :rotfl:I faff around so much - try my best to make it perfect but doesnt always work out that way! - at the mo have wallpaper paste in my hair, on my top and my god me jeans are absolutely starched solid this morning!!!

However i am always up for a challenge - where theres a will theres a way!
