spiderkebab - im fairly jealous - never seen a baby owlet in the wild. We have plenty owls cos i can hear them at night. We also have the tiniest of bats whizzing around - my god blink and you miss them but i love sitting out in the garden when dusk falls - its fascinating, gives me time to think and see all the creatures scurrying/flying around before dark. I love it. Then before you know it, its dawn and you get the beautiful dawn chorus from all the birds, particularly the blackbirds and that darned cockerel lol!. Just love it!

Lily: that's lovely! keep practising - you could be first on tonight :rotfl:

becki: how are you at karaoke? I know what you mean, just started entering comps now after a break - looked at 15th :eek: and went back to my decorating. Trying desp to sort the house out and now my paint brush has gone rock hard on me!!! Thought i was doing ok but ho hum!! I am too easily distracted!! xx

Hey redbull,

Was it one where you have to pay some money for something and 'then' you get your free blinds? I'm sure i have heard someone getting a phone call like that on here recently.

Cheers for the beer, make mine an ice cold one! In fact, with all this talk of karaoke, i think i am going to need a few of those beers

Finally finished the 15th comps - now for the 16th (oh and yes i should probably also do some work )

The comp page say's that all entrants will receive a £250 voucher off Thomas Sanderson Conservatory Blinds, they are probably phoning everyone to offer the voucher as it's a good excuse for a marketing call

Ok, my decorating is done for today. Another wall wallpapered, shelves painted - undercoat, carpet ordered, family all sorted, looked after and happy and comfortable. Done my potato sacks for the garden, hoping for lots of lovely new potatoes, mowed lawns, weeded, garden looks cracking good - errm house in a wee bit of termoil re decorating but hey ho.

Just popped in to clean out the Inn - few feathers lying about after last nite!!!!

Expecting a full house so must get on! xx

I'm such an idiot....I only went & bought a woman diet special mag in morrisons instead of normal woman I hate dieting with a veangence!! Was double the price too! Will have to get mine tomorrow.

I managed to win a lucozade spotify account yesterday :j DD got a geo map today too so it's nice to add something to my sig this month!
