help needed t mobile

Hi, at present absolutely mad over t mobile and lying :mad: sales staff went on a sim only 12 month fixed deal with 600 mins last week thought all was o.k now getting text from t mobile to check out price plan online so i did and found 600 mins doesn't include 07 numbers but (our guide) from store says it's 070 that's excluded now i've already used 1 hour 30 mins on a lot of mobile numbers 077 etc not sure what i can use. Staff said nothing to me lying :mad: when i asked does this include everything on 600 mins. Just called 150 various options at 25p per minute can't seem to get hold of anyone need advice please

Excluding 07 numbers would mean you had no free minutes to mobiles and checking the t-Mobile site re Sim Only accounts it says

Inclusive minutes and texts are from the UK to all UK mobiles and numbers starting with 01, 02 or 03 at any time. This doesn't cover Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man.

I am not sure exactly what you are saying.

Firstly, mobile numbers beginning "07" and are in my bundle.

Secondly, I have a mobile phone on Vodafone that begins "0779" and I am not charged when I phone that number from Orange or T-Mobile.

Think you ought to do a bit more research on what is included and excluded on your bundle as you seem to have the wrong end of the stick.

is this you're t mobile that 007 are included and the person that posted just before you he's got what i read what the hell does just 01,02,03 cover i'm probably going mad many thanks:mad:

Have you registered for My T-Mobile? You can see your unbilled usage and it will tell you what you have been charged for each call (non-chargeable calls show a £0.00 value, but are still itemised)

I think you need to chill. There maybe confusion in that 070 numbers are not included but these are the 'personal number' range not uk mobiles which are 075, 076, 077, 078 etc.

If you text AL to 150, should give you the cost used outside your price plan and what you have left.

If you text AL to 150, should give you the cost used outside your price plan and what you have left.[/QUOTE you're right i've been wrong all along it's the bloomin price plan online page saying just 07 and paper in store guide 070 so i assumed that all mobile calls would cost, i by my own admission misread things but i'm still slightly mad:mad:at t mobile staff as they used words to effect of everything is included in 600 mins .JUST FOUND OUT THROUGH REGISTERING AND GOING TO ITEMISED BILLING I SPENT £17.33 ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON ON WHAT I THOUGHT WAS WITHIN 600 MINS I WILL HAVE TO LIVE WITH THIS, AT LEAST THIS WAS THE 08 NUMBERS I WILL HAVE TO REFRAIN FROM CALLING IN FUTURE thanks to ka7e,guys dad,miss keith bau7k,and flying scot no 1 many thanks .

You were lucky not to assume that 09 numbers and/or international calls are included as well.
