Right my phone contract was coming to an end and I was upgrading (or should I say downgrading knocking a £30 a month contract down to £15 a month!! Bonus!!!).
I got a call a week before my upgrade date and I upgraded with the lady on the phone and arranged for a blackberry curve to be sent out to me, I was very lucky the lady did a deal with me, I shouldnt have been able to get the phone on the contract I wanted but as I was a loyal customer they allowed it!
Half an hour later I get a phone call, the phone isnt in stock yet, and I would get a call when it was in stock.
I decided to upgrade in store instead, and went to the shop in my local town, and managed to get the same deal there, took my new blackberry home and started playing with it...
Then this mornign I get a call from them saying that my blackerry will be with me tomorrow.......
I have clearly upgraded twice!!! :S I didt know what to say, I was half asleep as the call woke me up, and so i just said ok and ut the phone down!! Does this mean Ill now be charged twice for the contract, or just that I ahve ended up with two of the same phone...what do I do now???

Call them - and tell them you've already upgraded in store. They might be able to stop the new BB being sent out. If not - you'll probably just need to refuse delivery.
Don't think that you've got away with getting another new phone though - 'cos they'll charge you full whack for it, if it's not back with them pretty sharpish.0 -
It may be that it wasn't your provider ringing you in the first place but a third party acting as them.
If you upgraded in store you would now be tied in and the advisor okn the phone wouldn't be able to upgrade you again oon their system, so sounds like it could be con.
Ring your network and ask if they have called you, and either way when the second blackberry arrives, email whoever did actually send it and reject it under the Distance Selling Regulations which would also cancel any contract to go with it (make this clear though)
If it did turn out it was your network, just send it back with the returns label, last thing you want is them asking for money 6 months later. For it
