  • It feels so good to be able to walk away from a store with an expensive product and to have paid so little.

It amazes me when i'm at the checkout and the person in front doesn't have a clubcard - they don't know what they're missing out on!

Does anyone know if they give you a gift card back if you return items after using double up vouchers?

Last year when I bought some school skirts using double up vouchers SA said could only give me a refund in cash of half the value as I had used double up vouchers and paid for rest of shop in cash. They were part of a bigger shop and not the full value of my vouchers as had bought other clothing too. Also they did not have the bigger size I wanted and think they may have done an exchange ok.

Meant that my rewards only gave me face value and I always make sure I get more for my money. :(

A question if anyone can help, please:

I have some evouchers and want to buy a dress online, in two sizes as I am not sure which will fit. (It is not available instore in my area). If I use £20 vouchers on a £40 spend and then return one dress, will I be able to get a refund for the full £20 or will they apply the £20 voucher as a £10 discount to each dress (as they would with money off coupons)?

Can someone authoritavely clarify the refund rules for the exchange. i.e. if I buy two items at £36 and £4. What happens when I then return the £4 item?

£2 refunded to your clubcard account
  • Hi, I bought some clothing on double up vouchers which i had to return as it didnt fit. the cashier put the refund onto a tesco gift card and said i could spend it on anything in the store. i dont know if this is store specific or if it is tesco policy. hope this helps.

Does anyone know if I can still use coupons at the check out when using the double up vouchers? I was going to double up for some pampers vouchers but have loads of pampers coupons so wondered if I could use them all at the same time? x
