Scottish power - changed billing info

I'm with Scottish Power and my bill for 109 days worth of Gas was £108.08 and the elec was £47.87
Think i worked it out to be a £1 a day of gas!! thats scaryI was told on the phone i could go onto a capped rate - but i think that means i would still be paying more
At the moment i pay:
2.980p - secondary consumption charge
6.297p - primary consumption charge
Is there a better deal with them ??0 -
£1 per day i consider very low.
Im spending over £2 a day over the winter period.0 -

I have had it confirmed that this is a problem across the board and it is being looked in to.

As already mentioned, this is not the first time and really isn't good enough.
If Scottish Power cannot maintain their systems properly then why should the customer suffer? You are supposed to maintain your account online but can't even get a PDF copy of a bill - why aren't SP e-mailing out PDF's or posting bills out for readings submitted?
I very nearly left SP recently after over 10 years with them and I may consider doing so again if this is the service that they provide!!!

Mine is no longer working even though it was working for a little while last week.At least i managed to download my bill when it was up and running.0

Nothing like this happening and SP dragging their feet during a major penalty free switching window (end of Sign online 9 - tie in for the next one comes in end of April).
I'm certainly grabbing cashback and off switching. If its hassle either way may as well go for the one that comes with a bit of extra £££s for the trouble0 -

Hi, I just went to print off my past 12 months bills, to discover the first two (Aug 2010 and Nov 2010) out of 6 pages on the pdf only 2 are available, and neither of those gives any gas details!
I wanted to print them off because I have a long list of things I wanted to send in a complaint to them, but without the FULL older bills I can't.
I just want away from them now, am tied in to Online Saver 9 but can't find out till when, does anyone know please?0
