Help - i think my freebies are getting thiefed

Anyone else had similar problems. I am awaiting some Meshcards (free business cards) and this is like the fifth offer of theirs i have used and they always come within 2-3 days - So far ive been waiting 12. Also i won some headphones which i know have been sent and i have been waiting on them for 15 days.

What should i do?

I think i mght send myself a weighty package labelled "your free PlaySation Portable is enclosed" filled with a packet of stones and string and mud and enclose a letter saying HAHAHA - fooled you, you wont steal my post anymore will you!?!?!.:rotfl: And wait and see if it comes to me

But really what should i do?

My post man always used to leave stuff in the porch, which was asking to get it nicked, where I live.
Make sure the sorting office know that if you're not in to collect a package in person, then they are to leave a card for you to go and collect it. If they don't, then create merry hell.
It worked for me, but took a while for the message to sink in. Threatening to go to their watchdog generally gets a quick response.

Yeah but the thing is these 2 packages should have fit through my letterbox and they havent left a note. If anymore freebies or ordered packages that i know should arrive dont then i am gonna ring them up.

I often sent for parfume samples, the ones on a post card with a peal off thing.
many time they were opened befor i got them through my letter box.
i was constantly ringing royal mail to complain.

Really, maybe i'm being hasty, iwas just going on past experience that they took less than a week, will give them some more time. Its the headphones i'm annoyed about as they were brand new Sony walkman ones:mad:

I would be getting concerned about the headphones, but, it is coming up to christmas and probably people are ordering loads off the internet and making post slower. Fingers crossed for you.

I won them off that Redvultures.co.uk giveaway thing. I've emailed them twice and they said they had been snet about 12 days ago

EDIT: Sucess! (i think) i have just received another email for them saying as they send items out in bulk mine culd have not been sent out yet but if it has it may take up to another 2 weeks.

this morning when I opened the door to sign for a recorded delivery letter, the "new" postman "his eyes" just "looked" around my house from the door which really upset me.
