Two mobiles.
I have recently got myself an Orange San Francisco which I have debranded, customised and stuck my orange contract sim in and I am really pleased with it. However, when my contract ends in november I am going to go to Giff Gaff.
Now I use my phone for my businesses so I was thinking of keeping my old number on a san fran and then getting another san fran and sticking a giff gaff sim in there for personal use. Am I able to keep my old number on giff gaff or will I have to stick with Orange PAYG?
Just seen my bill from orange this month and it's nearly £30 and my contract is £15!- could that be because I have a new phone and am using internet? I use our wi fi at home so I assumed that was free to use on the phone?

You can port your number to any other network....

I don't remember how paper bills look like, but you can register online and see all the information in both 'e-bill' and pdf formats instead of guessing.Just seen my bill from orange this month and it's nearly £30 and my contract is £15!- could that be because I have a new phone and am using internet? If you've never used data before you may be on an expensive bundle, might be an idea to call CS and get them to check how you're being billed. Some of old one's were really pricey..0

Thanks to both of you. I will call them tomorrow. I was told by a few Orange people that I could use my sim in my new phone with no problems but seemingly there is can't wait to leave them.Squirrelling away in September No 33It's not about the money, it's about financial freedom, being in control of it and living in the natural world and not a material world0

The problem with some android apps they access the net regardless and will eat data . There should be a setting to turn data sending off , which will save your allowance.0
