love hugs and spoons to everyone

flying has gone by the by again already this week. ahve been having a nightmare with the bank and the house we are buying, so have made the decision to pull out of the purchase, we are 1K down on costs, but its better than writing a blank cheque and possibly having my parents remortgage to give us the cash to buy it outright to then do the work to then remortgage to pay them back! that was just a disaster waiting to happen when they suggested that!

another house has just come onto the market today for 100K on the street we want wiht all the work done to the house so we are going for that tomorrow. the issues with the bank well the bank manager is involved as i was fizzing earlier at the incompetence of them so going to use that to ensure htat the bank pay for this valuation/survey as we are not paying for another one.

well thats my stress vented lol :D

bedroom and living room are both tidy for now, both dogs are moulting loads right now so I am constantly having to vacuum the carpets.
I think the kitchen must untidy itself every time i leave it alone. I keep coming back to worktops full of stuff!!!!
