The OP said they park outside THEIR house, not the neighbour's.0 -

^^Someone can't read.
OP absolutely not being petty, you need to nip this in the bud but don't retaliate by blocking him in, just continue to use your drive and keep on asking him to move if need be, he'll soon get fed up and stop doing it.0 -

I'd learn reading and comprehension before making any more posts. It might be better for all of us0 -

The only surprise is MSE finally banned the word "!!!!!" in capitals from usernames. Edit, and from being typed at all.
Ignore it.Been away for a while.0 -
Is the layout such that you could put up a barrier around your "territory"?0

Ignore it.
Yet the derogatory racist term for Chinese people "!!!!!!" isn't.
Nice one MSE0 -
You should probably down load his deeds and compare them to yours. Perhaps he is under the mistaken idea it's his drive.
You should approach it carefully, with tact and goodwill. Invite him over for a drink and explain it's your drive and although you don't use it very often, you will be doing in the future.
If this doesn't do the trick then:
Point out if it doesn't get resolved then it would escalate into a full blown neighbour dispute he would need to declare if he decides to move.
And fence off your drive if you can/0 -
Or park a knackered old caravan on your drive and leave it there indefinitely. Problem solved!0

I would have gone with having a skip or trailer but a caravan would do.0
