i'm sure they will, but how often do you see a post appear on here praising a company and then still not have any complaints 14/15 posts in? they're clearly doing something right that other companies aren'thelpful tips

Well I posted the mobile to them at 1:30 yesterday. Decided to send it Special Delivery at my own cost due to the possibility of it being lost in the mail.
Had an email from them a few minutes ago saying it had arrived and been processed. Apparently I will be getting another shortly to say the money has been sent to my account.0 -
The money is now showing in my account, happened sometime in the last hour. Am very happy with their service.0

Have decided to sell them my HTC Desire to them after reading all these fab reviews. They've offered me £116 for it. Will update when I hear back from them 0
