They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!

hi i recently got a pcn whilst visiting a friend on xmas eve who lives in 1 of those gated appartment things. iv always parked in the visitors bay and never had any problems b4. however iv had a charge thru the post stating that even tho i was in the visitor bay i needed a visitor permit 2! summut iv never been told b4 or seen any signs 4!!! on advice i ignoreed the letter but have now recieved another upping the penalty to £75. i would ignore this 1 2 but iv just read that new generation parking have now got their own bailiffs not just debt collectors! also if i deny being the driver in court i have 2 tell the judge who reli was driving and i could end up paying hundreds of pounds and loosing my car!!!!!!!!!!! maybe i shud just pay?0

If you feel like that, I would recommend paying.
