And by the way if your scenario actually happened, what would you sue for ?
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

Interfering with, and having my car removed of course. Same as the miltants are saying they would do with Sainsbury's if they had their car clamped and removed.

Is that a real law, or just a figment of your imagination ?

Suggest you read post #3, or even your own post #11 to know where my remark came from.
You yourself say it is illegal to remove a car, or did you make that up?

You said in your post that you would sue if they touched your car, now show me legislation where you could do that , the fact is that you don't know where the OP lives so your Remark is completely stupid , and as for parking in someone's drive, if it was mine there would be no need to remove your vehicle, simply park behind you and leave it there for a few days. Now show me a law that says I cannot do that ?

Finally acting the troll on here doesn't become you, next time you come to a thread try either offering advice or constructive argument!

The discussion was about parking on someone elses land.
You've managed to screw up that thread haven't you?

Nope you did that by coming here and discussing nothing, only some pathetic comment about suing the OP if they touched your car on his/her drive, tell me do you have their address so you can do that?

I am always amazed when idiots trot out the old "what if I park on your drive" scenario.

    Utterly irrelevant.
