Attn Rayburn engineers - GD80 question

On the off chance there are any Rayburn engineers around these parts I'm looking for a bit of advise if you'd be so kind!
We have a GD80 running on LPG which currently serves as both our boiler and our cooker. We will be switching to oil in the summer and as such will be getting a new oil boiler.
If possible, however, we would like to keep the Rayburn and use it just as a cooker as it's a nice bit of furniture in the kitchen and I doubt we'd get a dime for it. I'm looking for opinions on the feasibility of this?
As the boiler and cooker has separate burners I cannot see why this wouldn't be possible but Rayburn weren't terribly helpful.

Hi,
Not a Rayburn engineer but have a little knowledge of them.
I know there is heat transferred from the cooker side to the h/w side. via a shield plate between the two heat sources.
