Hi folks,
Any BT broadband customers out there give me an idea of how good/bad this is?
I'm on a FUP with tiscali and can have my MAC code to migrate, but we want to make sure its not another donkey like tiscali.
I would be going onto the highest download package, purely just in case we do over step the mark - do lots of live streaming of american fooball etc as well as wathcing video clips ( all my kids, lol)
I'm happy to pay more for a good service cos its sh*t at the moment and I need broadband for work.
so connection?
customer service?
how long to switch/ process order etc?
any comments welcomed to help me decide.
thanks

Depends what your looking for,
If you went for Bt business broadband on the highest package (not netowrk)
You would have an uncapped 8mb line for £29.99 good contention ratio.
quicker fault process on business
UK based customer service for techincal support.
Sure you still get £30 from quidco and you will also get a £30 mothercare voucher if thats any use.
Can always have a peek.

As i said though it depends what your looking for as you could probably get cheaper than this.

I've gone with www.zen.co.uk and I know someone who is with www.newnet.co.uk.
Both of these are monthly contracts.
Have a look on the comparison site http://www.adslguide.org.uk to give you a few more ideas.£2 Coins Savings Club 2012 is £4

For the customer service part mate the majority of bt totaly broadband customer services is based in indai.
I think there is only 1 tech support office in the uk.
All business tech is based in th uk after a failed migration to india due to complaints.0 -
