Yes, however it may form part of the contract and you may be liable to hand it back if you do not see the contract out.
In real terms, that means, if you flogged the phone on ebay and then reneged on the contract, then they would bar the phone, as technically it could be described as stolen.0 -
all the phones ive had have packed up not long after ive had my upgradefinally debt free and want to keep it that way!!0
