The Fact that Credit card companies are lending money with no value ...
If money has no value, why are you so reluctant to pay it back? It has 'no value' after all.One small question: If the country has £947 BILLION repayable by the people, and the people also bailed out the banks with more debt, then how can the banks say you owe them money when its pretty obvious they owe YOU MONEY So who has all the money?

you don't need to, they have not produced any proof of claim and have closed the account and nothing to reply without a contract apparently they never had any signature on file at all, hence NO Contract...

I guess you were right on the money with that stuff about treason and Magna Carta ...If you think of it as 'us' verses 'them', then it's probably your side that are the villains.0 -
I'll tell you if you tell me why they are chasing you for it ...
as for the other debt, they seemed to have been under the impression I owed them money, I could not recall ever taking the debt out so I have asked them to show me the proof, they have yet to prove any proof at all so I simply sent them a notice to cease bothering me as it is harassment, ive not heard anything back yet as I put a charge on the notice of £100, this is my charge for dealing with any further administration costs as it takes me quite some time out of my other duties so I incur a loss due to the harassment.
no more letters to date but I'll keep you posted

If you spent money on it then you had knowledge of the credit card, so do you really think it's moral to now say that as they have no signature you do not want to pay. Yes banks have been very stupid in the past & it is frustrating that tax payers have bailed out the banks who are still paying hefty bonuses, BUT most borrowers knew exactly what they were doing when they took these loans, credit cards etc etc, so we must take some responsibility.
Alternatively, if you genuinely have no knowledge of this credit card & have never purchased any goods or spent any money on this card, then you should be contacting the police & also consulting the fraud team at whichever bank this is. If this is the case, I wish you good luck.
The police are not interested in doing their job of serving and protecting the people, they are all more interested in collecting revenue for the incorporated company they work for, check it out on companies house, they must make a profit for their corporation and are told they must meet penalty ticket quotas, they don't take it too well when you point out the LAW and they is all acts and statutes can only be applied if you contract with them by understanding and giving your name.
then when you want help for issues such as this it has to be a large amount or no action is taken, I was told this also from companies that have fallen victim of identity fraud, the police are just not interested under £2,000 so they never bother reporting it.
