Simple question - did you incur the debt?Gone ... or have I?0

Oh ok, I have done that but like I said they just keep telling me they will take me to court and I will get bailiff taking my stuff away if I don't pay.
So as long as I keep asking for the proof of my wet signature on a contract, and notice them that I accept their demand on production of the proof and it is never provided to me then I believe they are in dishonour, is this true? if not then the took court action and came up with the evidence what would be the outcome as they were given many chances to do so and I was providing remedy to the demand which was ignored.
Then who would be paying any court costs and my hourly rate stated in the original notices sent to them, would I be able to claim all my costs for them dragging me into a court when it could have been avoided?
I think these are very valid points for people to note as they must act honourably at all times by accepting with condition.
I'm a bit confused. Do you owe the credit card company money and are you simply trying to get out of paying it back? If so, do you think you're doing the honourable thing?0 -

The honourable thing is to balance the scales of justice, if the money does not exists and is mealy debt that is owed to the people because the banks cooked their books trading Derivatives (the peoples mortgages) and paid themselves millions in bonuses while the people who are the victims of this fraud are losing their houses and you ask me if I am just trying to get out of it??
Do you work for the banks? because that was not an honourable thing to say to someone. why is everyone on here very unfriendly?

Simple answer is I have no reselection of receiving any money from said mortgage company, so I assume the honourable thing to do as to accept on proof of claim, so why is it the mortgage company cannot produce the required proof?

Do you give in to ALL demands without question? without any proof? will you pay me if I send you a letter demanding money or I will pass you to a debt collector? I doubt it so unless you agree to pay, then the demands need not be met unless they PROVE their claim is valid.
The banks even admit there is NO actual loss as the money never existed, we are the 2nd most bankrupt country owing almost £1,000 billion the US is 1st with over £8 trillion of debt, ask yourself WHO owns the banks, yes exactly and we bailed out the banks with more debt so who has all the money? EXACTLY and you talk about its the honourable thing to do?
you may enjoy being a slave, begging for every privilege you can get, partaking in the illusion called an Election, voting for a new face, the very same NWO direction (it hasn't changed since the 50's) people allowing their children to be brought up by TV and the "N.L.P Propaganda" teaching them to be good little productive slaves while the parents are too busy working to buy the things they are told to buy by the very system that has enslaved the people, come on take some responsibility get educated and wake up an d STOP being a SHEEP.

Are you claiming that fraud has been committed and someone has applied for a credit card in your name? If so, then you should be dealing with the police.
On the other hand, if you received the credit card and used it to buy goods, then the CC company only have to provide a reconstituted agreement which will be readily accepted by the courts - and use of the credit card would be deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions. If you didn't accept them then you surely wouldn't have used the card in the first place. My posts are my own opinions based on my experiences and info gathered from sites such as this.

A signature was never applied, I don't claim or offer any remedy, it is my understanding that if they beleive that a debt is owed, then t hey MUST produce PROOF to uphold their cliam.
Is this true?
