Can you help with Panasonic TV / BBC iplayer

Ok so the ethernet thing is plugged in the power sockets and connected to the TV and the modem is switched on and the computer.
The viera cast (youtube, daily motion etc) is working - which proves the TV is getting internet content.

To get the iplayer I assume you have to press
viera tools
media server

But when I do this I get 'cannot connect to server' on the TV

So what's up?

Thanks

Even though it comes over the internet/ethernet connection, you have to go into the Freesat Red button to select it.

    OnFreesat, Iplayer is channel 901.
However in the past there have been times that would not work so the fallback is to use the red button on a BBc channel.
Today channel 901 is working, the OH is watching it as I speak.

The media server usually allows you to share content, such as music, videos and photos, with your PC or other connected devices.
