The e-mail comes from an IP address located in China, but
what is unsual is the use of a UK geographic number to perpetrate the fraud.

Try giving the guy a call and see what he has to offer you.

When I called him, he claimed (in his almost unintelligible West African accent) that he was born in Chi Chester but was now in Nottingham, London, UK
