    Why?.......

Because I had to ditch the body before the police came sniffing round?

I had a 6x4 shed base in the back of my car this week. With the back seats down and the base split in half. :p

    Tip run.

I've made several trips with over 20 sacks of stinking horse manure (with insects) from a farm to my garden using my Citroen ZX before. If I take two minutes to remove the back seats and parcel shelf it's like having an estate or small van.

Reminds me of a friend who ordered a load of cow manure and the man turned up in a van with the manure loaded directly into the back of the van. One assumes that the driver was counting on avoiding an emergency stop.

:rotfl: it amazes me what people will cram into their cars. Was more the irony of a "white goods" car carrying white goods that I was hinting at though ;)

The compressor in the freezer will have doubled the horse-power won't it?
  • managed to get a large fridge freezer in a pug 307, an large arm chair that was part of a 3 peice in a fiesta ok , a three seater in an astra mk4, bouble bed base and matress, a small fridge and a coffee table in a astra mk4 estate, 20 packs of laminate underlay and 18 packs of laminate in a mk4 fiesta.

got a five foot fishtank and lid in a kia cee'd and the stand in peices around it.
