I won the 9ft slide on the 28th of April, but havn't heard anything, i thought once you submitted the form it would go through as a normal purchase order, and Argos usually ring quickly to arrange delivery, was going to ring them today but seing your post MoneySavingMakesMyDay, perhaps i should leave it a little longer.

I won a portable DVD on the 12th of April and filled in the form. I e-mailed them a couple of days ago and got this reply:

Dear Mr Scott,

Thank you for your e-mail regarding your Bush 9 Inch Portable Widescreen DVD Player.
I am sorry to hear that you have not yet received your prize. I am unable to help you with this enquiry as we do not deal with Instant Win Prizes by our email enquiries.
Please contact the number you had to claim your prize for further help regarding this.
I am sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.
Should you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us at order.enquiries@argos.co.uk or call us on 0845 640 2020.

I still havn't heard, i havn't tried calling yet but i will try tommorrow, it's a shame because a lot of the prizes are for the summer, like the slide i won, may have to keep it in the box till next year if we have to wait any longer lol..

Hi everyone - just to let you all know I have managed to speak to Ed Lovelock and he confirms that none of the prizes have been despatched yet (this was Thursday last week!).

He apologised (confirmed my name was on the list!!!) but says he had been away and was in the process of passing all the details to the distribution team but hoped the prizes would be despatched very soon.

He did say anyone winning a large prize would be called before despatch to agree delivery times....

Hope that helps and hopefully we will all be reporting the goods arriving very soon xx

Thanks very much, I didn't even win on this but as I've said my mum did and she never wins on anything so shes been worried it was just her not had her prize yet. As you say hopefully all the winners will get them soon and we will see lots of reports on here from all who won. Thanks again for posting and updating the info for us all. :T
