My 2 man tent just turned up aswell today without any warning My friend who won a patio set got a phone call on monday saying hers would be delivered today so it just seems to be pot luck if they bother to ring. Im not bothered, just happy my prize is here

I had both my prizes delivered today but with the patio set it was a right fiasco, two chairs were broken, there were not enough bolts and to top the lot when I spoke to Argos about this they realised that a cheaper version of the patio set had been sent worth £50 ish instead of the correct one which is worth £99. So I would get your friend to check hers to ensure she has the correct one.

However Argos have been very good about all this with me and the correct set is now being delivered on Friday - fingers crossed everything will be alright.

oooh thanks for that, she had a phone call about 5ish saying that the van had a flat tyre and it wouldnt be with her till tomorrow, but i'll give her a quick text now to warn her to open the boxes asap when they arrive (preferably before the courier leaves!) and check its the right one and undamaged

Still not had my Argos phonecall yet, i am surprised at Argos being so disorganised, hopefully i will hear soon, is anyone else still waiting for theirs?...

I e-mailed Ed Lovelock this morning but he's out the office until the 7th.
