    thanks johanna,
we havent sent out save the dates cards, and i know a few people will want to get rooms but those people already know when the wedding is so i guess thats ok.
    so far i have sorted:
    registrar
    venue + food package
    photographer
    card for invites

    and thats it.

    to sort:
    dress
    suit
    flowers
    decorations
    dj

we have friends doing the cake, hair, + make up so dont need to worry about those.

what have you got left to plan?

    Ummm....

    Need to...
    Choose readings/ music
    meet with the registrar
    Get shoes!
    Sort out seamstress
    Get underwear
Get OH and Best mans suit
Book honeymoon / hotel for first night
Buy gifts for people providing flowers/ transport
    Loose weight!!!!
Make cake (probably not going to help with the above point!)
    Have hair trial
    Change passport
And much more I have forgotten....!
    Like have food taster....

In fact the more you do, the more there is to do... Suspicious.....

    Make invites
    Publish gift list

It may be best if I stop now!!! :rotfl:

But seriously, Just concentrate on one thing at a time. You do still have loads of time, I have just been panicking a bit because me and OH are trying to co-ordinate days off in the summer, to do some of these, but because if the Olympics my work is refusing to accept any leave.

It's just as soon as you find a hairdresser, you then need to book a trial etc!
You buy shoes, the have to wear them in.
Book ceremony meeting, but have to then choose wordings etc!

    It's never ending!!

it does feel never ending i was up at 3am last night sorting out the contracts with the photographer i swear i am nocturnal i think best at that time of night

it always seems that there is another thing to do i am going to have a week off soon as its all a bit much especially with the financial year end so close so it is mad at work

we have been skyping some of the foreign guests and everything is sounding positive at their end which is another worry off my mind, we will be giving out their invites when we visit in june (we have delayed the april holiday as i have no time to organize it)

just to plan fathers day and asking dad to walk me down the aisle and making it special

Also I would like people opinions on this dress

I've ordered it and tried it on but I am going to try it on again when my mum is over. Just debating whether to still go to the Wedding Dress Factory to try on something more traditional

Maybe we should do lists with all the things we have done :rotfl: make us feel better!!

I do like that dress, very unusual, but I like the sloping bottom for a maxi dress... Only thing is you may get a bit chilly.... (you are a UK bride???)
