i am avoiding thinking about my dress went to collect it but no i have to wait until friday stupid modern age!! o well at least i get to see it again before it goes off for alterations i did have a little try on and it is even better than how i remembered it so i am very very happy well i will be when i get it on friday lol

I've only tried on my dress 3 times - so I'm having a little bit of 'what if I hate it' lol. (First time was when I ordered it, second time when they got it in and had it shortened to tea length, and third time when my mum came to see how to tie me in.) Have seen it one more time, when I went to collect it to take it to my mums so I definitely recommend seeing your dress as much as you can :rotfl:

I'm currently avoiding helping (or hindering lol) MrD doing the downstairs toilet. If you lurk on the July board you'll see we're doing a lot of house improvements in preparation for this wedding. The sun is beginning to shine so I *might* go outside and pull some weeds out down the side of the garden we're laying a patio.

lucky you with some sunshine it stopped raining here for about 25 minutes and now it is hammering it down again

couldnt you go and visit your dress again if it is close

sorry for the late reply - I did get outside and get some weeding done - another job ticked off the list!
My dress is hidden away at my mums (2 hr round trip) to deliberately stop me from trying it on every day (ha not that I have been doing that with my wedding ring you understand). I go and collect it on Saturday so I'll have a peek then when I'm alone, not long to wait though

He's done a good days work on the boxing in the downstairs toilet Bless him.

I'm really excited about the actual wedding, stressed and anxious about the reception (4 days later).

I have got two - but I'm wearing THE dress twice. Lol. Confusing?
My wedding dress will be worn for the ceremony, then I've got a summer dress to wear for the BBQ afterwards (don't want to get smoke on my dress). I will then wear my dress again for the reception (party at our house).

Lovely hair Jo - very Bella! I've got my hairdresser's number so need to get in contact with her to get the hair trial sorted. Went into town shopping for BM's shoes on Saturday - managed to get shoes for my niece with the narrow feet, now just need to get shoes for my other BM to kind of match.Got these for my niece. My other BM has standard size feet, but for some reason with the DP shoes, the 6 was too tight but the 7 was miles too big.

This weekend - the only thing we managed to get done was a few more invitations made

15 made now - 85 to go - but it only took about 45mins to make 10 - so just need to sit down and do it!
