vinegar - germ killing in bathroom?

sorry, 20 questions from me tonight!!
I've started using a vinegar spray as a daily shower clean, but can I use vinegar for general cleaning of loo / bathroom, and will it kill germs? although I love OS and have taken a lot of tips, I'm a bit funny about how nice it will make the bathroom .. please let me know?
