You know what my pet peeve is with women in the street - hundreds of somewhat larger ladies who go out in leggings, which are blatently several sizes too small as they go all stretched and see-through looking and they'll go wear just a short top. So you can see through the leggings, see pretty much thier skin underneath, including thier bum and knickers in all its glory.

I know I practically live in leggings and tights but jeez, I either wear a long enough top to cover everything or put on a skirt!

Do you live in Essex Charlie? Thats what me and my friends are CONSTANTLY saying!! Leggings are like tights, not jeans!! You cant wear a small/short top with them!

The worst part is, like you say, they wear leggings that are 4 sizes too small, and then a top that sticks to every curve and they get that very unflattering muffin top effect =s Now, I realise [STRIKE]from personal experience[/STRIKE], that sometimes a muffin top cannot be avoided, but if you are wearing bottoms that give you one, you really shouldnt wear a top that then accentuates (spelling?) it!

If my friend left her house looking like that I'd tell her (as a friend) to go home and get changed for her own sake =s

With all the best will in the word, most of us have wobbly bits. It's just that I don't choose to show mine to the entire world :D. I find it very difficult to buy tops which are long enough for my long body though :( so I tend to prefer dresses. Unfortunately, these are no good for cycling or some other bits and pieces so I do have to have some trousers and tops combos. I get issues with tops riding up and showing off my wobbly bits so I have to keep yanking them down!

I've been there. Honestly you need to get out of the house for a few hours, go for coffee or something, it's the only way to escape it. There's nothing you can do about it. It's better to have neighbours who care enough to do home improvements than ones who don't care about maintenance. Usually the very noisy bits don't last for too many days. And the neighbours have to tolerate the nosie from your home if ever you are getting work done. But yes I can understand why you are in a mood over it.

My Avon lady called tonight too. I also got that ANEW skincare kit. Used it and I'm not that impressed. It's ok for the offer price but I wouldn't be interested at full price.

From what we can tell they are adding another bathroom - TBH they probably need one as they seem to have78590346 teenagers living there during the holidays :rotfl:

They are pretty good neighbours in the whole (except for the condom chucking :p) - we got our sofa off them for free :T

I have ME so sometimes need to sleep during the day - and a combination of that and my visit from the menstrual fairy means I'm a bit grumpy this week :o

Still at least it's a long weekend coming up - can't see them doing any work over a bank holiday :D

I like the Anew eye thing - which is the main reason I got it - and the rest are good travel sizes - but I don't think I'll be getting the full size either.

Off to Origins to try and get a free cleanser - apparently you have to book a consultation too - nothing about that when they posted in on FB yesterday :(

Afternoon ladies! Very jealous of everyone who has the long weekend off work! Looks like I'll have to work the Royal Wedding too unfortunately.... However!

    Some UUs to report:

Vo5 Volume Boost Elixir Shampoo and Conditioner - WBA, this really suits my hair and I should have stuck to buying this at £1 each than been tempted into buying fancy pants products. Have moved onto the Charles Worthington Moisture Seal Shampoo and Conditioner and, despite liking this in the miniature range, I am finding it really doesn't suit my hair Perhaps they have changed the formula of it or something - I did notice that it now contains Argan Oil. Anyway, I will certainly persevere given that I spent £7 on them!

Boots Fresh Hand It To Me Hand Scrub - Perfectly ok product but WNBA on the basis that I can easily make my own with olive oil and caster sugar that does just as good a job.

Hotel Soaps x 2 - So utterly bored of using these but then again, soap doesn't tend to yank my chain all that much anyway. Will certainly not be picking anymore of these up from hotel visits. What was I thinking?

Max Factor Lasting Performance Foundation Fair - WBA in a heartbeat. This is my HG of foundations as it lasts well and never looks orange. I have moved onto Max Factor Second Skin Foundation in Creamy Ivory which was already opened (naughty!) however I think it has separated with age and it seems more orangey than I remembered. Shall persevere for a while but may end up ditching this. I have loads more foundations in my stash but I may need to join the FB swapshop to get rid of these and just stick to my HG.

Body Shop Neroli Jasmine Body Mist - unlike almost everyone else, I rarely use Body Shop products and this found it's way into my Christmas Stocking. I have to say, it was gorgeous! The scent really lasted and I loved wearing it so WBA. I might have to add The Body Shop to my list of shops to avoid! Have moved onto an ancient Fenjal Body Spray.

Garnier Essentials Day Cream - This was alright, although nothing special so probably WNBA. Have the pleasure of shopping from my stash tonight to pick from one of the many many face creams. Think it'll be a No 7 Combination Skin Day Cream I'll go for, I have vague memories of stopping using this as it wasn't suiting me and I have a couple of them so the sooner I find out the better.

Garnier Intensive 7 Day Moisturiser (sachet) - this was pretty good although I WNBA as I have loads of body creams to get through.

Think that is all - no INs to report although I've been working in the middle of nowhere this week so no opportunity to shop!

For those that were talking about the clothes challenge - I should really do that too. I have a silly amount of clothes. 3 double wardrobes and 2 chests of drawers all stuffed full. I have regular clear outs where I donate binbags full to charity but still manage to fill any space I've cleared. Most of it is Primark, right enough. I love that shop!

I wonder if someone clever can tell me who I PM with my facebook link?

Hugs and squeezes to everyone who needs them. And some for those of you that don't!

    xx

Haha no - Newport, S.Wales but you'd think otherwise sometimes :o

Desperatly trying to find a campsite for this weekend, found a perfect one for only £14pn in Temby BUT I rang them to book but the said they don't take bookings just first come first served on the day....really frustrating, Dont know that to do now as its only a 24 pitch site, don't want to get all the way there to find they have no pitches left

    true ;)

A few years ago we went to tenby camping - stayed in Manorbier, the campsite was nice enough but it was a 10min drive or so into Tenby itself which meant we couldn't drink anything. This one on the other hand is right above the main beach in the centre of Tenby - Just can't imagine how I missed it last time, but at the same time thinking how would anyone else miss this one too...

Trouble is all the ones near to the main centre seem to be caravan parks only rather than taking tents, the closest one apart from this one is 3 mile away...... Did come across the carvan park at Haven takes tents but £96 for 2 nights  Sure I could stay in a B&B for less

Hum....Just checked the weather for Tenby and begining to think we're better off staying at home....the weather there is meant to be 15 degrees with rain! Here was meant to be 24 with full sun but theyve changed it again now and saying we're going to have thunderstorms and rain...briliant...cant you tell its a bank holiday weekend!

Forgive me girls... I have sinned... I went in TBS to buy the seaweed moisturiser and have ended up leaving the shop with 9 items :D
All unintentional (ended up with 46.60 worth of products for 21.10!!!!!)

Off to the naughty step for me!
